Castwell Builders Ltd is approved by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), an established market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK.
We are also registered with the National House-Building Council (NHBC). As a result, Castwell are free to use the NHBC brand in promoting our businesses; free to offer Buildmark new home warranty and insurance to our customers and are able have access to the technical expertise and advice that NHBC offer in new house buildings.
Over the past 17 years, we have established a reputation of being both a specialist development company, building new houses and flats and a specialist construction firm undertaking refurbishment work for private clients.
We enjoy the challenge of building, are open to new building techniques and most of all are passionate about bringing to life the spaces that our clients have envisioned.
Our ethos is to produce work of a very high quality, ensuring our clients are happy with the results and thus are dedicated to achieving the project you’ve always desired.
Directors
Castwell Builders was established in 1999 by David Bailey and Michael Tavernier. They are both experienced craftsmen who are not only involved in the building process on site, but also in the project management aspect of the company. Together, they have over thirty years in the construction industry.
Michael Tavernier
Hailing from a quantity surveying and brick laying background, Michael Tavernier has a wide experience of groundwork, drainage and steelwork. Michael is responsible for pricing tenders, budgeting and construction cost plans.
David Bailey
With experience in joinery, David Bailey is responsible for the coordination of services, finishes and specialises in high quality kitchens and bathrooms. He has an eye for envisaging the homes that clients desire, relaying them to the team to ensure each project is completed beautifully.
This unique combination of people enables the company to undertake complex constructional projects and produce beautifully finished buildings.
